I offer a free 15-minute consultation either over the phone or video call. This is an opportunity for us to talk about your hopes for therapy and discuss how I might be able to help you.

Following this, we would arrange an initial session so that I can more fully understand your difficulties and we can discuss a treatment plan.

The fee for sessions is £115 and these usually last between 50 minutes and 1 hour.

For EMDR therapy, some clients prefer a longer session of 90 minutes as this allows progress to be made more quickly. This is charged at £150, but would be discussed and agreed with you first.

Payment is by cheque or bank transfer.

The cost is the same for online and in-person sessions.

Sessions can normally be arranged on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays between 9am and 5pm. These can be in-person or online via a secure video call.

Clients can choose to attend sessions at my home in Ballycastle, in a consultation room at Dalriada Hospital in Ballycastle, or online via video call.
If needed, it may be possible for clients to be seen in their own home, however my travelling time will be charged pro-rata.
Unfortunately I do not have availability at the moment, however if you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please contact me.
